Job Description

The ideal candidate should be familiar with the following required tasks:

  • Identifying market opportunities and define the related marketing and sales strategies and approaches.
  • Developing efficient and capillary sales network in the sales area according to the following scheme
  • Primary targets: Australia, India and the Asia Pacific Region
  • Managing relationships with the most important customers
  • Managing the sales personnel and the sales network
  • Organising and participate to the main fairs related to building sectors in the sales area
  • Budget (yearly forecast of the balance sheet)
  • Operate and monitor the existing bank account(s) of the Employer signing bank facilities and checks on behalf of the Employer.
  • Appoint and dismiss employees as may be required for the proper conduct of the Employer
  • Appoint lawyers and attorneys to act on the Employer's behalf
  • Represent the Employer before all third parties including official and semi-official department, ministries and municipalities
  • Negotiate, agree, sign and execute any document or contract necessary or expedient for carrying out all or any of the purposes or acts hereby authorised
  • Manage the main relationships with logistic partners
  • Supervision of internal logistic (monthly stock list, goods movements from different warehouses etc.)
  • Establish a continuous and affordable communication channel with the commercial and administrative departments

The ideal candidate should:

  • Demonstrate relevant experience (2 years minimum) in the market and track records of successfully running a subsidiary of a multinational company.
  • Speak both in English as well as Italian.
  • Preferably have a technical degree
  • Be willing to travel for internationally for trade shows and meetings
  • Have proven experience in a building materials company
