An opportunity exists for a true Business Development Manager to join the team, help educate the market and help clients find the right staff for their business.

  • You will need to have a consultative approach and be able to hunt down new business opportunities, via phone and by face to face appointments with senior management and business owners, throughout the building materials and industrial space
  • You will need excellent communication skills and a can do attitude to succeed
  • In this role you will need an equal balance of tenacity, speed to market and attention to detail.. A generous commission structure is in place in order to ensure high earning possibilities!


I personally dislike red tape and it's the aim for the Notting Hill office to be fun, transparent, inclusive and collective.

The atmosphere will be relaxed, a relaxed dress code, ability to work from home, monthly team building events, quarterly high rollers, end of year Christmas shenanigans in Sydney. We like to service our clients, be rewarded and have fun doing it.


  • The right candidate for this role would ideally come from a 360* recruitment background
  • or 3-10 years' field sales experience selling to the building materials / manufacturing / engineering / industrial space
  • or someone who has experience in outbound, new business tele-sales - again to the same industries
  • ideally, a current drivers license and car
  • You will have a fun, bubbly, positive nature who is not afraid of being told NO
  • You should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment


  • Negotiable base salary ($60-90k depending on experience) with regular increases for big quarters
