The Role

Based in Melbourne and with home-office, your day to day duties will involve:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the Hospital and Aged Care sectors nationally
  • Engage in business and technical discussions with CEO/CIOs in Hospitals, define requirements and needs, convey value proposition and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Lead pursuit teams including solution architects, technical architects, business development, finance and legal resources to arrive at an optimal solution to meet customer needs.
  • Coach and mentor team members to attain sales excellence
  • Build and maintain advisory relationships with senior executive level customers and customer influencers.

The requirements

  • Must have Medical Software sales experience into Hospitals and/or Aged Care
  • Existing relationships in the Australian industry
  • Proven track record of sales
  • Ability to provide a consultative and solution sell with the ability to develop new business and drive revenue
  • Solid understanding of software solutions and the benefits and needs of Hospital and/or Aged Care facilities
  • Entreprenurial style
  • Keen to work a national-level role
