As a Business Development Manager you will join a thriving sales team taking control of a portfolio of top Architectural Firms, Tier 1 Construction Companies, Developers


  • Manage an existing pipeline of major projects
  • Formulate and effect the strategy for new project specification and acquisition
  • Continue to generate revenue and new opportunities
  • Leverage BCI and and internal tools for project tracking and information
  • Drive deeper relationships with an existing key client portfolio
  • Represent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forums
  • Provide market feedback for input into further product development


  • Salary $85-100K + Super + Car + Strong Commisions

  • Proven sales experience within the commercial specifications market
  • ideally from an architectural products / interior design / bathroom or kitchen hardware
  • Ideally have experience taking a project from specification stage through to order dealing with multiple stakeholders including any of the following - architects, designers, tier 1 commercial builders, developers
  • Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
