With over 50 years' experience, this company takes a fresh approach to helping their clients dispose of their material efficiently and environmentally friendly. With offices across Australia, they are looking to grow their already successful team and continue leading the industry.
Role As a Business Development Manager, you will be focusing on building new relationships and providing the highest level of service to our customers. There will also be an element of account management where you will also manage existing relationships with our major accounts. This role will be fast paced and would suit a candidate coming from a successful sales background from within the Waste Management, Recycling or Plant Hire industry. This position will be highly autonomous and exceptional results will be rewarded.
Skillset You will need to have a strong sales and business development background and will ideally have sold in the industrial and civil market. Proven sales success and longevity in previous positions would be looked upon favourably. Excellent relationships, rapport building skills and being highly motivated is essential for the right candidate.
