Due to phenomenal growth and success in Melbourne and Sydney we are launching a new office in Melbourne's South Eastern Suburbs. With brand new shiny offices, a driven and motivated leader, and a launch date of mid-July/early August, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to work in the Industrial space and help expand our client base.

The Opportunity:

  • Key function within our Business Development team - leverage local and nation-wide network to generate new clients
  • Market mapping - identifying industry decision makers
  • Outbound calls and face-to-face meetings with clients & decision makers across the Industrial Industry
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key decision makers
  • Client Relationship management - pitching to potential clients
  • Excellent training and management with all support and resources needed to excel

Perks & Culture:

  • $60k - $70k base (dependent upon level and experience) + superannuation
  • Uncapped Commission structure

  • Experienced Business Development Manager
  • Ideally you will have either worked as a Recruitment Consultant or a Business Development Manager within the Industrial Sector
  • Ideally you will have Industrial Sector knowledge
  • A drivers license and car
  • A driven, positive and professional attitude with a desire to succeed!

$60k - $70k + Super + Uncapped Commissions
