Reporting to the National Sales Manager, an opportunity exists for a strong commercial sales professional with account management skills to manage and grow a product portfolio of largely plumbing related and products.

Responsible for revenue channels to market including merchants and T1 / T2 residential builders. This position will offer great diversity from negotiating pricing with purchasing, promoting sales campaigns with merchant floor staff and driving sales in major projects. In addition, you will work closely with your own sales team to educate and motivate on products, pricing and marketing incentives. As a premium market supplier you will partner with your key customers providing value added solutions and technical assistance where necessary.


  • A strong commercial account management background working in the building products industry.
  • A proven track record in managing merchant/trade distribution sales, or working on increasing revenues streams for commercial and residential building projects.
  • A strong work ethic, passion and drive to maintain regular activity, build strong relationships to develop on going business.
  • The autonomy to deliver results in a fast paced and growing business.
  • The desire to work with a market leader and sell a premium product
  • Good Computer skills and data analysis skills
  • Clean driving record
