Job Description

With offices in Surry Hills, our client lives and breathes ad-tech! They are at the forefront of targeted digital advertising across mobile, web and desktop platforms for some of the world's largest brands, media organisations and marketing agencies within the APAC region.

The Role:

As a Business Development Executive, you will join a fun and dynamic team of media experts, helping to drive their unique advertising technology into new territories and grow their portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries. You will be working with global brands as well as aggressive start-ups, so a clear vision of how to pitch tailored solutions.


  • Completing initial and ongoing sales / industry-specific training
  • Initially 80% new business, with 20% account management for some key clients
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles with ongoing account management
  • Proactively targeting tier 1 and tier 2 clients within an exclusive remit
  • Leverage existing relationships within the media industry to open new doors
  • Meeting clients and agencies face-to-face to promote advertising solutions
  • Reaching revenue targets each month and quarter
  • Working effectively and liaising with creatives and developers
  • Monitor performance against targets and KPIs
  • Oversee campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis
  • Being proactive in sourcing opportunities to address revenue needs


  • A passion for technology and ad tech, with a thirst for knowledge
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience within the digital media environment
  • Existing media relationships will be highly regarded
  • 2-3 years sales / business development experience
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong communicator with great presentation skills
