Role - Branch Manager - Gunnedah

Taking ownership of the Gunnedah branch, you will cover plumbing, irrigation and drilling products. You will initially lead and develop a small team and also oversee the warehousing operations.


  • Reporting directly to the State Manager you will
  • Develop collaborative KPI's, budgets & market initiatives
  • Strong focus on the commercial construction, maintenance, industrial, mining & agricultural sectors
  • A hands on role, your time will be split equally between management, leadership, strategy
  • Personally effecting a key project and major client development & acquisition strategy

To be successful in this role you will require the following

  • Strong background in the building materials, plumbing, irrigation or related water industry
  • The willingness to take on a hands on role with a personal sales budget
  • The ability to lead and engage team members in the vision of the state objectives
  • Irrigation products experience whilst not essential may be advantageous
  • Good understanding of the regional local market, with the ability to forecast short mid and long term growth opportunities
  • The resilience required to continually push for growth in challenging markets
