Job Description An experienced, hands on Assistant Accountant/Office Manager is required for a leading Office fit out / commercial furniture business based in the heart of the CBD.Reporting directly to the Managing Director, In this role you'll be responsible for the entire accounting function ensuring seamless Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Payroll for approximately 30 employees across Australia. The successful candidate will also be preparing month end reports along with trial balance and preparation of accounts for an external chartered firm.To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated experience in a similar role ideally with a stable work history. You'' be highly organized, able to hit the ground running, flexible in your approach and have an eagle eye for detail and really enjoy working in design environment.You'll furthermore be a multi tasker; balance conflicting deadlines and keep communication lines open prioritize your workload effectively.
