  • They now require an ambitious specification Manager to be a pivotal part of their next phase of growth, to promote three flooring brands to the A&D fraternity
  • Jointly developing strategies with a highly collaborative, inspirational SSM
  • Developing value added relationships with the likes of Hassell, Bate Smart, BVN, Davenport Campbell as well as PM's & Corporate Clients
  • Take control of delivery of an existing portfolio of major projects
  • Collaborating with your clients you will be highly involved in bringing their idea's to life from concept to completion
  • Marketing, client entertainment, industry trade functions, strategic planning, market feedback will all form major aspects of your role


  • You are a passionate, driven, architectural products Sales professional or Account Manager
  • who enjoys working in an autonomous yet supported environment.
  • You are proactive in your management of clients and sourcing potential opportunities
  • A&D focus - target projects would be Multi-Res, Student Accomodation, Semi-Commercial
  • Commercial furniture, bathrrom, tiles, carpets, rugs, lighting, flooring, benchtops or interior design experience may be advantageous but is not essential, however an enjoyment of the sales process is essential.


  • $90,000 - 100,000 p/a
  • Super
  • Car allowance or FMCV
  • Good comms structure - c$20-25k
