About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an professional administration assistant to join a collaborative and creative team. You will assist several divisions with all administration tasks and have an opportunity to grow within your role.


* Assisting with online research
* Assisting with telephone research
* Database control and entry
* Updating all systems and ensuring all details correct
* All administration tasks as required
* Managing expectations and daily work flow

Skills and Experience

* Experience with administration and data entry
* Excellent understanding of following processes
* Ability to prioritise and stay one step ahead within fast moving environments
* Telephone skills and experience a must
* Ability to build exceptional rapport with clients
* Excellent attention to detail
* Will need to see projects through full life cycle
* Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
* Advanced Microsoft Office suite knowledge and Event Software preferred
* Excellent time management skills
* Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
The right candidate will ideally be a business or marketing graduate looking to get their foot in the door with a global company.
