About the role

My client is seeking an energetic and passionate administrator to join their admininstration and accounts support team. The ideal candidate will enjoy all administrative duties and be forward thinking in their daily tasks.

The key responsibilities in the role include;

  • Organising all administrative tasks for team members including at senior level
  • Building relationships internally and externally
  • Accounts Payable and Invoicing
  • Creating and managing reports and spreadsheets
  • Organising and assisting with management meetings and their schedules
  • Managing expectations and daily work flows
  • Coordinating & attending team meetings
  • Generating agendas and preparing and formatting documents and reports
  • Managing cash flow
  • Ensuring day to day schedule and tasks are all up to date for direct report
  • Work within a fast pace and highly demanding environment

Skills/ Experience

The successful applicant will have a strong background as an Administrator. Proven ability to work autonomously and be solutions focused. Experience working in a face paced and challenging environment. Experience working with the Building, Property or Construction space highly advantagous. The following experience is essential to progress with this role:

  • You must have previous experience within an Administration focused role
  • Experience with administrative tasks within a fast pace environment
  • Experience creating reports and spreadsheets
  • Ability to use iniative and take control with tasks
  • Experience doing Accounts Payable and Invoicing
  • Experience working with executives and demanding environments
  • High degree of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible
  • Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge
  • Excellent time management and assertivenes
