About the role and duties
Located in their Platinum showroom, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department along with the following:

  • Accounts Payable across the whole business
  • Management of the purchase order process
  • Sales & customer support
  • Diary management for the directors along with basic travel arrangements
  • Meeting and greeting clients and directing them to the sales team

Skills and experience required

  • Administration experience gained in a corporate environment
  • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
  • Polished presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Customer Service driven with a desire to go the extra mile


  • Base salary to $60,000
