Job Description

Our client is a relatively new player in the Digital Media market, specializing in innovative ad-tech solutions across a range of industries. They are looking for a conscientious, highly driven, commercially minded individual capable of carving new relationships within the fast-paced world of advertising, whilst working alongside some of the brightest talent in the industry. To shine you will need to be bright, forward thinking, and independent.

As an Account Manager, you'll be part of a hard-working, focused, dedicated team delivering innovative media solutions to clients across a range of industries and locations. Face to face meetings are commonplace with clients so candidates must be confidant and presentable. You will be working with global brands as well as aggressive start-ups so a clear vision of how to create solutions at the highest level is a must.


  • Reaching revenue targets each month and quarter
  • Build and nurture relationships with media agencies and ensure campaigns deliver value
  • Acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships
  • Working effectively and liaising with both internal and external departments
  • Monitor performance against targets and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews and planning and executing formal and informal training;
  • Oversee campaign delivery and post-campaign analysis
  • Being proactive in sourcing opportunities to address revenue needs
  • Track revenue against targets


  • Strong technical knowledge and experience within the digital media environment
  • Existing relationships with publishers and agencies will be highly regarded
  • Experience within direct sales / business development is preferred
  • Drive to exceed sales targets with strong sales and negotiating skills
  • Successful track record working within a highly sales-orientated and targeted environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong all-round communication skills in spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel
