Job Description

Our client is a one of Australia hottest tech company's providing retailers an alternative way to deliver products to their customers.

Reporting to the Head of Sales you will act as the face of the company and lead point of contact for all high-profile clients. Your ability to develop and manage relationships will be key to your success in this role.

  • Own the overall relationship with assigned clients assisting with all enquiries and challenges and suggest products to best suit their needs.
  • You will work closely with clients to identify objectives, goals and challenges and build a plan to assist achieve those requirements.
  • Provide demonstrations and product training direct to clients.
  • Manage client's expectations and continually improve customer service experience by relaying any feedback to the wider business.
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell and work closely with the Sales team to act appropriately on any opportunities.
  • Maintain product, company and industry knowledge and act as subject matter expert to clients.
  • Manage and track sales activity in CRM tool.
  • Monitor data and trends and report back to business to assist in further customer experience and product enhancements.


  • 3+ years in a similar account management position with experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in similar tech/software company would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Enthusiastic, driven and customer focused individual who can thrive in an ever changing and fast pace environment.
  • High level of communication skills.
