Role
Taking ownership the Brisbane market you will drive growth within a portfolio of key contractors and construction firms. Reporting to the QLD Sales Manager you will develop and execute strategies to change out competitor products and also secure new contractors to support the brand.

Duties

  • Develop value added relationships with key stakeholders through exceptional service
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations and provide product support with the assistance of the technical team
  • Map out territory to identify contractors not currently using the products and win over
  • In collaboration with the QLD Sales Manager, create and execute sales & account strategies for your territory
  • Communicate with team members & management on market or competitor intel
  • Manage a monthly call cycle within the territory whilst staying flexible to ensure all opportunities are capitalised on
  • Plan out the achievement of monthly sales targets


Skills & Experience

  • Strong sales experience within the building and construction sector
  • Ability to converse at all levels with good understanding of building sites
  • Experience with concrete products, waterproofing, grouts, tools, technical construction products will be advantageous but not essential
