We are currently exclusively working with a rapidly growing technology business to find a senior Account Director. They have recently won some huge business opportunity and need a senior sales leader to ensure the relationship is healthy and profitable.


The business is a multi-platform technology business that provides SaaS solutions to SME businesses. They have a product that is the leader in the market which has allowed them to win some major accounts very quickly. They have a seasoned executive team who are highly experienced and knowledgeable individuals with extremely commercial business experience. They have a huge growth trajectory and are working in fantastic offices in the CBD.


We are looking for a senior Account Director who will manage two major accounts for their business. This will involve the co-ordination and management of large sales channels in ensuring they are educated on the product and selling the products effectively.

You will also be responsible for building on the businesses sales portfolio and presenting to C-Suite contacts around the benefits of using the businesses services. This will involve full end to end sales processes from mapping, contacting, pitching and delivering on the sale.

As a senior leader within the business you will also have responsibility for helping build the team around you to support the new business opportunities that are presented.

The ideal candidate

You will be joining a small startup business and so will need to be confident in implementing your own processes and being accountable for your own performance. You will have a strong work ethic and the want to create and build something significant. You will have a very strong technical background with an understanding of SaaS and cloud based platforms. You will have superb stakeholder management skills and have had a lot of experience in a sales leadership position within a larger corporate previously.
