Responsibilities include the following;
- Solve customer problems by synthesising behavioural information and imagining things as they might be, not as they are
- Execute design layout, typography, iconography, colour theory and composition to design marketing and product experiences with artistry, creativity and mastery
- Conceptualise a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow based on experimentation and customer research
- Collaborate effectively with other designers, content designers, marketers, and researchers
- Solicit feedback and contribute constructively to design reviews
- Advance a strong point of view, backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, customer data, and industry trends
- Work on multiple projects at one time, manage time and stakeholder expectations
- 5-7 years of experience in visual design, prototyping, or related field
- Deep knowledge of UX, design principles and methods, including testing and iterating
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma and InVision, and working within design guidelines
- A dazzling online portfolio demonstrating creation of digital marketing assets: paid social, email, and web design
- An ability to create animations and an understanding of HTML and CSS is a bonus
