The role of the Venue Manager is the day to day running and upkeep of the venue. It is a small team and bar, so you will need to be the "hands on type" who isn't afraid of getting stuck in.
You will be responsible for running the day to day, maintaining stock levels, delegating effectively and ensuring customer experience is at the top of your list. Compliance experience is a must and you will be working to operate the venue with the support of the General Manager.
Competence / Experience / Authenticity
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Venue Manager who has a several years' experience running a venue/bar/hotel, has gaming experience and with a real passion for Hospitality. You will be a "hands on" people person, looking for a chance to progress in a solid expanding company
You have impeccable attention to detail, a proactive attitude, the customer experience at the forefront of your mind and the confidence and ability to really make this venue your own.
