The Role
Sitting within their Sydney Production Team, the role will see you split between the Head Office and working on-site at one of their most important clients. A typical day will involve:
- Preparing quotes and bookings – consulting at all stages of the process and maintaining this important long-term relationship
- Creative input into all events held at the venue, helping to breathe life into new event concepts with the latest technology
- Up-selling and cross-selling to produce a completely tailor-made offering
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure on-site logistics run smoothly
- Ensure all documentation is issued and received correctly, and all supporting admin carried out
- Following up for customer feedback and invoicing
- Bonuses paid every 6 months

- Previous Account Management experience in the Events industry
