As a Trainee Consultant, you will experience every arm of the recruitment business from sourcing candidates to business development and client interaction.

You will be responsible for identifying new clients within the Sales, Marketing and Executive industry.
You will contact clients, negotiate client meetings and propose engagement plans.

You will be the face of Denovo Consulting and will develop ongoing and beneficial relationships with businesses within the sales and executive market.

You will be provided with an extensive training program that will be targeted to your individual developmental needs and be given all the tools and support to succeed in this role.

You will be a pivotal and integral part of the recruitment team and enjoy a great collaborative office culture with fantastic team incentives.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate the following skills;
  • Previous B2B sales experience, preferably within a corporate market
  • Ideally you will have previously worked in a phone based sales role
  • Strong passion for sales and a team player
