The Role:

Phone and online-based sales role, taking leads from an expression of interest to close and provide support to customers who are seeking new opportunities to upsell.
  • Secure new business opportunities arising from incoming leads (phone/online/email)
  • Ability to secure new business opportunities through outbound sales as and when required
  • Move prospects through the sales cycle from lead to close. Many opportunities will close in a single call and others will require multi-day follow-up
  • Ensure prospect and customer data is maintained in company systems (e.g. CRM)
  • Ensure handover of closed customers to the Service Delivery team, work with the Service Delivery team to manage customer expectations, on-time service delivery and consistent achievement of service level targets
  • Provide exemplary service levels to customers by being responsive and proactive
The Candidate:
  • Previous inbound and outbound calling experience to both cold and warm clients
  • Sales, Account Management or Customer Service experience in the Telco or IT industry
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced working environment with multiple opportunities on the go
  • Results orientated
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills suitable for the Australian business environment
