- Reception duties - answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting all visitors and organising visitor passes
- Managing meeting rooms – ensure they are kept tidy and keeping the meeting room diary up to date
- Producing monthly newsletters for the office, updating the intranet/managing social media
- Diary management for Senior members of staff, organising travel and accommodation
- Organising catering for internal meetings, organising team building events and team nights out
- Providing administration support to the team on various projects, including processing expenses
- Organising contracts and onboarding for new starters
- General office management – stationary orders, liaising with building management
- Excellent eye for detail, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise your own workload
- Proactive and approachable, able to liaise with individuals of all levels, including Senior Executives
- Thrive on working in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Intermediate MS office skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Strong communicator with first class organisational skills
