Job Description

The Company: Well know NFP organisation which operates in the sporting space. Great cause which aids in identifying and funding recipients who need support. Relies on volunteers and generates funding through events, corporates and other avenues.

The Role:
Work with the CEO, National manager and execute targeted, compelling, engaging and effective multi-channel commercialisation campaigns. The role will identify strategies and build campaigns which develop, enrich and utilise our customer understanding Measure and report performance of all digital communications and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Develop and execute campaigns for Club direct revenue requirements (including Membership, Ticketing and Merchandise), and external stakeholders
  • Optimise spend, performance and channel strategies based on Insights.
  • In consultation with relevant departments and stakeholders, develop, oversee and execute the digital marketing campaigns, related, to Members various digital channels; Social Media Marketing Database & Direct Channel Marketing (Email, SMS, Push etc), SEO/SEM & Programatic Display advertising, Content/Engagement Marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and Execute a channel strategy for all commercial communications and strategies, including lead generation/nurturing, conversion messaging, partnership activation, engagement/re-engagement cycles etc
  • Identify opportunities and create strategies to convert digital engagement campaigns into commercial opportunities for the Club and its partners. i.e. work with the content and commercial teams to turn content campaigns into direct or indirect revenue
  • Develop and execute campaigns for Club direct revenue requirements (including Membership, Ticketing and Merchandise), and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Sponsorship team to develop resources that facilitate the acquisition and execution of new and existing partnership campaigns via development and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships for cross-promotion opportunities through new and existing partner databases
  • Assist with creating a diverse range of retention/loyalty and re-engagement campaigns/initiatives

The Candidate:

  • Must have Extensive Graphic Design capability and show capabilities relating to design and creation of all marketing and promotional collateral across digital and print
  • 3+ years' experience in a membership or Sporting organisation
  • Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Proven ability work well under pressure, manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • Able to both work autonomously and as part of cross functional teams
  • A highly motivated, "can do" approach toward all given tasks
  • Flexible attitude ensuring jobs are completed on time
  • Ability to be a self-starter and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of membership marketing and sales practices at a premier sports club or organisation
  • Ability to achieve results within time constraints and conflicting priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Must have Permanent Residency
