As a Business Development Manager you will join a thriving sales team taking control of a portfolio of top accounts whilst nurturing relationship with leading architects


  • Manage an existing pipeline of major projects
  • Formulate and effect the strategy for new project wins
  • Continue to generate revenue and new opportunities
  • Leverage BCI and and internal tools for project tracking and information
  • Drive deeper relationships with an existing key client portfolio
  • Represent the brand at industry functions & entertain clients in social forums
  • Provide market feedback for input into further product development


  • Salary $80-100K + Super + Car or Allowance + Strong Commisions

  • Proven sales experience selling building materials
  • Must have strong commercial builder and / or architects contacts and recent wins
  • Stable career history
  • Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations
  • Candidates that have sold an interior product such as flooring, benchtops, tiles, door hardware, glazing, lighting, kitchens, taps, plumbing or bathroomware ect would be useful, but not a pre-requisite
