- As Senior Project Manager grow into a Construction Manager role
- Initially manage all commercial claims from Estimation to Project Managing
- Adapt existing systems & processes where needed
- Relationship management with insurance representatives & loss adjusters
- Manage financials of the commercial division
- Establish a foundation then hire & lead a team of CA's, PM's, Estimators
- Experienced Supervisor, Project Manager, Manager or Estimator
- Insurance building industry experience essential
- Flexible communication skills, able to deal with a range of people
- Trade background essential
