The Role
Sitting in the Number 1 seat for all NSW Operations, you will be responsible for:
- High-level, strategic direction of new and existing processes
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and ongoing innovation
- Leading a team of 20, helping to grow and train to 50 within the next 3 years
- Responsible for budgets and financial performance within the department
- High-level management of Project Managers to ensure on-site logistics run smoothly and operational outcomes are met
- Keeping an awareness of new bids and tenders within the market, as well as client satisfaction

- Operational management experience within Event Production
- Strong process management skills, with a track record of innovation and cost-saving
- Previous responsibility for large budgets and team leadership
- Broad knowledge of A/V, lighting, staging and/or rigging
