They are the go-to leaders in this field. Off the back of recent growth, Denovo are pleased to work exclusively with this group to bring on board a Sales Team Leader
Position
Providing support, coaching and inspiration to a newly knitted together team of Sales and Account Managers, you will be responsible for leading them out of a strong cross-selling approach into a more proactive new business focus:
- Shape Account Management strategy for State, National and Global clients
- Support, educate and grow a team of 6
- Inject a more proactive Business Development focus into an already well-performing team
- Monitor phone calls, set and review KPIs
- Accompany your agents on face to face meetings
- Personally manage a small number of high-level accounts
- Updating current members on new products/promotions/services
- Networking at industry events
Skillset
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Previous experience coaching and leading a sales team
- A great sales track record (ideally in consultative face to face selling)
- Ability to juggle some hands-on Account Management with Team Management
- Mature and professional style
- Excellent communication skills
