Focused on strengthening the current position in the residential building market, your key focus will be securing & account managing new strategic Tier 1 & 2 clients.
- Developing relationships with procurement & site managers within major builders
- Bidding for long term supply contracts & tender opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and maintain awareness of market trends, movements etc
- Working with management to devise strategic action & market development plans
- Supported by an experienced operations and logistics team
- Sales professional with ability to develop new relationships
- Experience selling to residential builders
- Scaffolding or hire experience may be advantageous, however any building products experience is relevant
- Strong team player with a bigger picture mentality
