In this Sales Representative position, you will be tasked with being out on the road building strong relationships with customers and building the client base. As the Sales Rep you will be responsible for bringing in new business and managing and growing the existing customer base. You will need to investigate, manage and prioritise new business opportunities and report back to the Branch Manager on wins and shortfalls. This sales role includes providing sales and after sales service where appropriate.
The successful candidate will have strong sales experience specifically working within the electrical or wholesale arena and have proven business development skills. This position will suit an energetic go-getter who thrives on chasing new business and nurturing strong business relationships. Experience working within a business to business sales role will be advantageous. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are imperative to the success of this role. You will have a minimum of three years experience working in a business development role and have proven success in a B2B sales role.
