They are currently on the lookout for an experienced and talented Sales Manager that can be part of an amazing succession plan, with a view to promote to Sales Director.

The Role

Reporting to the current Sales Director, you will be a true leader, coach and source of inspiration to the existing team of 7 hunters, in a role that is so pivotal to the business. (However big egos need not apply!)

A typical day will involve:

  • Leading and growing an existing team of B2B Outbound Sales Agents
  • Earn the respect of a high-performing team, harnessing their individual talents and cementing a culture of hard work without taking life too seriously
  • Monitoring performance, motivating, and providing training to new and existing team members
  • Developing KPIs, and create unique and engaging sales strategies and incentives
  • Sharing ideas, innovations and creative solutions across teams to capitalize on new opportunities and improvements
