Job Description

  • Salary up to $105K + $18K Car Allowance + iPad + iPad + Uncapped Bonus OTE $150K+
  • 2 Tier sales bonus, 1st Tier 15% Bonus almost guaranteed, 2nd Tier Uncapped!

As the Regional Sales Manager for their Canberra operation you will be working directly with the State Manager to identify strategic opportunities within Healthcare/Agedcare, Large Corporates, Government departments and major design firms.


  • Leverage an existing portfolio of clients across the sectors mentioned as well as major design, developer & building organisations at Management & Principle level
  • Identifying major project and relocation opportunities
  • Develop networks with Commercial Real Estate / Property Agents & Tennants Representatives
  • Promoting service solutions across workplace strategy, project planning and management
  • Also promoting products supported by an experienced product team to develop project solutions
  • Key representative at industry functions, client entertainment - lunches, dinners, sporting events etc, marketing initiatives
  • Success will equal lucrative earnings and opportunities for further progression into management within an Australian market leader


  • Senior level sales experience across any product, service or solution
  • Ability to hold business level conversations rather than purely product
  • Willingness to work as a team, leveraging the product team, allowing you to focus on relationships
  • An interest in or experience with the commercial design/furniture and/or Commercial Property market may be advantageous
  • Market experience across Government, Property, Corporate, Healthcare, Aged Care, Medical or other
