Denovo are currently looking for an experienced Sales executive and/or Business development manager to take on an extremely lucrative position with a medium density builder based in Port Melbourne.
This role will be covering their large portfolio in Keilor Downs where you will be required to sell the companies Townhouse product via multiple channels; individual marketing campaigns via Real estate portals, social media and canvassing as well as approaching individual estate agencies to take on the product to sell internally.
This role is made for an ‘out and out’ hunter who has a passion for sales, strong marketing specialist and forward-thinking sales strategist.
The package on offer for this role is 60-70k base + 300K OTE + Super (See comms structure below)
Successful applicants will have:
- 5+ years Residential sales experience
- Exposure to medium-density Townhouse products
- Background in individual marketing campaigns
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong cold/calling canvassing track record
