Sitting in a collaborative team of 10, the Sales Executive is a key cog in their Sales function - building and nurturing relationships with new landlords and helping them achieve their investment goals. You will need to be great at the following:
- Outbound calls to warm leads (NO COLD CALLING)
- Deep discussions with landlords to provide rental appraisals, understand their situation, and provide honest advice as a genuine Real Estate expert
- Build a great deal of trust and rapport, where customer experience is absolutely key
- Onboarding landlords to the business as seamlessly as possible through multiple consultations
- Briefing and collaborating with Leasing Managers on how best to service their new clients
To be an excellent consultant you will need:
- Strong phone sales experience (inbound or outbound)
- Extremely consultative and emotionally intelligent
- A keen interest in Property Management
- FULL WORKING RIGHTS IN AUSTRALIA
