About the Business:
Exclusive to Denovo, our client is an outdoor-focused travel tech company that is taking the market by storm. They have just acquired two new companies within the industry on a global level and are on the hunt for an Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
With the growth and acquisition of two more companies, this role's main responsibilities will be to provide operations and technical support to clients and feeding any ideas back to the Head of Operations. You will be account managing clients to help streamline the onboarding process and remove roadblocks. 
  • Streamlining systems, reporting, and processing to provide continuous improvement in member and customer experience
  • Fostering a collaborative, cross-functional process to resolve any customer or clients issues.
  • Providing outstanding after sales service & account management to
    members, advertisers, and suppliers
  • Report eCommerce B2B customer experience outcomes
The Successful Candidate:
As a lover of everything outdoors you want to share that passion with others, and as an experienced Operations Coordinator, you will have the ability to adapt to change and manage changing priorities with impeccable attention to detail.  The ability to act as the interface between the clients and the business is a key aspect of this role.
  • Well-developed creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in digital or online business, with good understanding and
    skills across web and app
  • Experience in using business systems & applications to provide support
    services to our clients
  • Impeccable analytical skills with a strong interest in emerging technologies
  • Outstanding after sales service & account management to members,
    advertisers and suppliers
