Providing a highly efficient SAAS product (the best in their industry), they have a fantastic global team who all contribute to an excellent working environment in top of the range offices, and have huge plans over the next 18 months.
The Role
Working in a high-energy team of passionate tech-heads, you will help to grow the portfolio of over 1000 SME clients through prospecting warm leads, product demos, encouraging free trials and upselling subscriptions to the platform.
On a daily basis:
- Having impactful discussions with warm SME prospects, 50/50 inbound and outbound calling
- Educating on features and benefits through video demos, Live Chat and phone calls
- Dive into business’ needs and pain points to see how the software can improve their finance function
- Managing a sales pipeline and closing sales over the phone
- Share insights, make recommendations, and spot opportunities for enriching the customers’ business practices
- Achieving realistic KPIs with a view to earning great commission
- Strong experience in phone-based Business Development / Sales
- B2B Software Sales (highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication
- High-energy, friendly personality who likes deep-diving into business pain-points
- Realistic commission of around $10k in 6 months
- 3 months guaranteed commission
- Potential to be made permanent after 6 months
