Being established for over 40 years, they have a presence on the Melbourne retail market and are looking to really push the foodservice side of the market. Governed by SQF and HACCP quality systems, they are the market leader in international cuisine.
About the Role:
As the Regional Foodservice Manager, your role is to strategize and implement sales and marketing objectives for the Foodservice industry. You will be responsible for bringing in and looking after key accounts and driving sales and revenue for the company in the foodservice space.
- To find new leads and opportunities in the foodservice market
- Manage the sales performance of the foodservice sales team
- To strategize and implement sales and marketing objectives
- Plan and implement in-store demonstration, food fairs and campaigns
- To maintain a close and ongoing relationship with the Foodservice distributors, customers, and brokers
We are looking for an experienced sales manager in the food industry or FMCG space. This will be a universal role, encompassing everything from strategy, to implementation, to management, so will need a hands-on and confident sales leader.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong understanding and network in the foodservice industry
- Demonstrated sales management experience in the Food Industry or other Fast Moving Consumer Products servicing the Retail and Food Service markets
- Proven experience in maintaining long term professional sales relationships
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a Commitment to teamwork
- Current Victorian driver’s license
