You must have;
- Minimum 4 years’ experience within a 360 Recruitment role
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience running a busy Temporary desk, preferably within the Construction sector
- Established network of clients and candidates
- Proven history of high biller
- Proven experience of having minimum 30 temps consistently
- Full Australian working rights
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
