Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Scanning and collating documents
- Liaising with the ATO regarding client matters
- Answering general client enquiries
- Some diary management
- Filing and mailing
- Coordinating office needs such as ordering stationery
- Assisting Partners and Accountants with any other administrative requirements
- Great office location
