Job Description

Our client is an established public practice firm, based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their team of 30 in a full-time, permanent capacity. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Scanning and collating documents
  • Liaising with the ATO regarding client matters
  • Answering general client enquiries
  • Some diary management
  • Filing and mailing
  • Coordinating office needs such as ordering stationery
  • Assisting Partners and Accountants with any other administrative requirements
