What are we looking for?
We are looking for a well-organised, proactive receptionist to work part-time in our Bondi Junction Office.
This role will see you working closely with our Office Manager and supporting other members of the Head Office team when required.
- Oversee reception; Answer incoming calls & greet clients/candidates
- Ordering and managing office supplies (Woolies, Officeworks, etc…)
- General office upkeep and maintenance
- Collecting and distributing mail daily
- Arranging couriers
- Managing meeting rooms
- Ad hoc admin duties
This is a part-time, temporary position based in Bondi Junction. The hours will be between 9am-3pm 5 days a week.
