- Ideally around 1 year of Real Estate sales experience
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Well self-presentated individual with great sales skills and sense of responsibility
- No base salary, but competitive commissions for a challenge if you're confident on your sales skills!
- Take the advantage of company platform to learn and grow!
- Build up relationship with client, generate or take afvantage of company existing leads and pipelines
- Liaise and communicate with client to identify their purchase or investment needs
- Introduce suitable projects and execute inspections
- Achieve feedback from clients and continuously self-improve sales sklls
- Report back to line manager with updates, concerns and suggestions in an organized and effective manner
