Role: Project Sales Agent/ Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the national sales team, in delivering on sales, margin, brand and application-driven sales objectives
- Work alongside the senior leadership team to plan to deliver long term growth and sales targets
- Coach, mentor, train and recruit a high performing sales team to execute and achieve sales targets
- Strategically support, manage & grow relationships with both key clients and key suppliers
- Budget, forecast & pipeline planning and reporting

- Excellent communicator with strong organisational, planning, presenting and negotiating skills
- Proven experience and successful Sales Manager, leading a high performing team
- Have the ability to formulate effective market & sales strategies based on market information & activity
- Undertake review of current architectural plans
- Coordinate and manage car park allocations
- Review and provide sales feedback to Interior Design and Marketing
- Assist Project Director in setting sales price
- Manage Draft Strata plans and Strata registrations and titles
- Coordinate Strata Management
- Coordinate building management
- Assist in appointing external sales agents
- Manage external sales agents
- Manage sales events & coordinate sales experience in sales suite
- Create weekly sales report
- Provide weekly market research update and report
- Manage settlements and sales contracts
