Position Title: Project Manager
Reports to: General Manager
What you'll be doing:
- Manage all aspects of the project from inception to completion including producing construction programs, driving of project timelines, overlooking procurement schedules and more.
- Ensure full compliance with WHS standards and manage all OH&S issues
- Ensure a high standard is maintained throughout the project.
- Conduct site visits as required to ensure smooth and efficient project completion.
- Provide formal project feedback and issue weekly project reports.
- Complete projects within time & budget constraints
- Manage any changes to scope, project variations and defects
- Provide effective direction & leadership to all direct reports and site staff
- Posess natural leadership skills with flawless communication.
- Demonstrable experience delivering large, complex commercial projects through to completion.
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary, diverse teams.
- Solutions focused and have a drive for improvement strategies.
- You negotiate strategically with strong commercial acumen.
- Believe in constantly empowering your team to get things done and produce exceptional results.
