Project Administration Team Leader
My client is a growing housebuilder, with a focus on providing high quality homes at a reasonable price. They build medium density, detached homes, and KDRB projects. They are located close to the Melbourne CBD. They are looking for an experienced team leader to manage a team as they handle Pre-Site, On-Site, and aftercare administration.Your team will be responsible for all elements of the pre-construction workflow following sales acceptance, up to the administration of the warranty inspections and associated maintenance. They will be to meet with clients in person to handle the signing of the Housing Industry Association contract. You will ensure jobs move quickly and smoothly from sales acceptance to construction and that the pre-construction process is clearly understood by clients including the timescales involved. You will ensure site teams are supported in the office with requests for documentation handled promptly, and buyers are kept informed of the process of their project.
To be considered for the role you should:
- Have worked for a residential builder for at least 1 year in a leadership position
- Have a good understanding of residential construction
- Have first rate customer service skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail and experience handling contracts
- Have excellent organisation and time management skills
