This national Events Design company are market leaders across Australia, with over 120 years in the business of providing high-end clients with Event Design and besoke lighting solutions for large commercial areas. Joining a small team of 6 in their NSW office, your role as a Production Coordinator will help bring new client concepts to life with an end-to-end responsibility.
The Role
This pivotal role within the Productions team (the technical arm) will involve:
- Maintaining the portfolio of job workflows from concept - approval - install and dismantle
- Moving clients seamlessly through Smartsheet, and keeping all teams updated on progress / changes
- Close collaboration with Creative, Production, and Project Management teams
- Preparing job cost checking, quotes, invoices, and PO sign-offs
- Visiting job sites in the busy season
- Supporting admin

The Ideal Person
- Experience managing the admin of projects or workflows is a must
- A background in Events / Exhibition / Entertainment or similar industry
- A background in technical products (e.g. audio / lighting) would be ideal
- Existing experience with Smartsheet would be advantageous
