- Liaising with clients, face to face, over the phone and via email
- Organising travel and accommodation for the Partners
- Organising, attending and minuting meetings along with preparing agendas
- Composing letters and emails
- Arranging appointments, diary management
- Organising company events and functions
- Preparing presentations and speeches on behalf of the Partners
- Preparing and composing private and confidential emails and letter
- Various personal tasks for the Partners
- Previous experience within a CA or professional services firm within a PA/EA role
- Ability to operate with discretion and handle confidential information
- Trustworthy, proactive and reliable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to build excellent working relationships both internally and externally
- Well presented, punctual and a natural brand ambassador
- Advanced MS Word packages
- Typing of 80-100 wpm
- Exposure to MYOB highly advantageous
