A Consulting Engineering firm located in Parramatta specialising in hydraulic, civil and fire safety. The firm has experienced ongoing success and the team has grown over time to 40 professionals. As a result of this growth a newly created position has opened for a Practice Manager. The Practice Manager will report to the 3 Directors.

The Practice Manager is the driving force behind the operations of the office, firm and people. Responsibilities will include the management of house operations (front & back), HR compliance and overseeing finance and budget. This includes (but is not limited to)
- Ensuring OH&S compliance
- ISO 9001 compliance
- Internal QA guidelines
- Ensuring all hardware and software is up to date and is working order
- Assist with HR responsibilities
- Establish a “How to Guide” over time
- Assist the Finance Manager with accounts, budgets and forecasts
To be considered for this exciting opportunity we are looking for someone who is currently performing a similar role i.e. Practice Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager or EA for a group of executives.
Most importantly you will have a core set of strengths that include organisation, adaptability, persistence to name a few.
