About the Role –
- Overseeing the smooth day to day running of the office as a whole
- Managing a team of 4 staff
- Implementing new policies and procedures in line with company standards and growth
- Organising and conducting inductions, 1:1’s, appraisals and disciplinary
- Planning budgets and strategies
- Promote a positive company culture, organising staff events and celebrations
- Recruitment of new staff members
- Build excellent working relationships with internal staff, Stakeholders and clients
- Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Personable, approachable and professional
- Strong influencing and leadership skills
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to liaise with individuals of all levels
- Able to meet and exceed deadlines whilst working efficiently under pressure
