About the Role –
- Overseeing the smooth day to day running of the office
- Acting as the main point of contact for visitors and clients
- Assisting with the on boarding on new starters, organising contracts, inductions
- Organising team incentives, team nights out, high achievers’ lunches, company lunches and events
- Managing the company calendar, birthdays, team meetings etc
- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT issues
- Liaising with building management for any facilities issues
- Office maintenance
- Diary management for our CEO
- Assisting with marketing to continue to grow our amazing brand
- Organising LinkedIn recruiter licenses
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Coles orders
- Assisting the Senior Management team with tasks as and when required
- Highly organised, outgoing and approachable
- Proactive with the ability to think outside the box
- Hands on – happy to muck in whatever the task may be
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with people of all levels
- Able to prioritise and multi-task
- Work with a dynamic, ever growing team!
- Early finishes on Friday along with drinks
